The mission of the project is to RECREATE the space of 303 sq ft to improve the experience of customer and the familiy members (including her four kitties) in her dream house with our imagination and execution skills. Our design team changed the unit into one bedroom and one living room, and brought more brightness by breaking the existing wall and adding a glassy sliding door with the metal frame between these spaces. Moru patterned glass for the sliding door is a perfect choice as it provides essential privacy and aesthetics simultaneously. Our customer is very contented with the design as she can look at her lovely kitties at any time. Our customer hopes that a large wardrobe can be created so that her dresses can be stored in an appropriate place. As a result, in the blue and white tone living room, our team created a 4-meter baby blue storage cabinet which makes the space supremely neat and clean. As the customers own four beautiful kitties, the bottom of the cabinet remains vacant for them to play and walk. Enriched with the triangle mouldings, the wall is seamlessly elegant. Without any vibrant colours from urban, the simple dining table, the carpet and the furniture of white and grey tone all compose the Scandinavian symphony in the living room naturally. It creates a leisure environment for intimate and relaxing soap time on a comfy sofa with beloved ones. Our team has made a bold and wise decision to swap the position of the kitchen and the toilet for the sake of residents, which greatly enlarges the showering space decorated with white marbles and European tiles for the subtle elegance. Our customer can enjoy the shower at any time. The open kitchen becomes a hyggelig place for cooking and catching up with close friends during holidays. 位於香港沙田第一城的單位面積約303平方呎，原則採用兩房一廳間隔，兩房先設的牆身反而局限彼此的溝通，設計團隊遂決定打破這個隔膜成為一房一廳，並將房間與客廳之間的牆身改建為金屬邊框玻璃趟門，改善單位採光效果，增進彼此交流。由於玻璃採用長虹玻璃處理，又能在適當時候保障客人私癮。 客廳以粉藍及白色作為主調，為解決都市人儲物問題，團隊在電視背後創造一個四米多長的粉藍大型收納大櫃，配合三角型的花線配搭，呈現出獨特古典的牆身效果，關上門後，讓客廳回復整齊俐落。配以白色及灰色的傢俱及地毯，抹走石屎森林的侷促色彩，恍如置身於北歐休閒角度，讓客人客人回家後可躺在柔軟的兩座位梳化上，與親密愛人及四隻心愛的貓主人共賞電視劇。
