本案是一套都市江景别墅，业主是一对事业成功的青年夫妻，因为过去的经历，他们对二十世纪的摩登上海情有独钟。 这么大的面积已经不存在仅仅满足基本的生活需求，所以我们的设计初衷是在足够的空间里创造一个适合现代的年轻人居住的“摩登回忆”。秉承“张于形，敛于心”的设计理念，我们结合建筑的空间布局，将魔都上个世纪的经典元素运用在整个设计中。 无论功能布局还有设计形式，都在反映和提升客户内心个性需求和生活方式。刻意放大的地下室入户，让人每天出入都有一份仪式感，充满阳光的西餐厅是下午茶的不二之选。简洁典雅江景客厅不会让人产生距离感，遵从中国人亲近的待客之道。整案设计呈现的思路是，由空间的推进，带着主人的美好回忆，最终定格在现实中的摩登殿堂。 This case is a set of urban riverside villas. The owner is a successful young couple. Because of their past experience, they have a special love for modern Shanghai in the 20th century. Such a large area does not exist just to meet the basic needs of life, so our original intention is to create a modern memory suitable for modern young people living in enough space. Adhering to the design concept of "Zhang Yu Shape, Convergence in Heart", we combine the space layout of the building and apply the classical elements of the last century to the whole design. Both functional layout and design form are reflecting and improving customers'inner personality needs and lifestyle. Deliberately enlarged basement entrance, let people enter and leave every day have a sense of ritual, full of sunshine Western restaurant is the best choice for afternoon tea. Simple and elegant Riverview living room will not give people a sense of distance, follow the Chinese people's close hospitality. The idea of the whole case design is that by the promotion of space, with the good memories of the owner, the modern hall in reality is finally fixed.
