本案是在老城区街道旧建筑改造的创意蛋糕店。 我们希望该店在老式街道相对杂乱的商铺中凸显出来，在市场上众多类似行业中以一种全新的姿态呈现。由于建筑的部分承重结构已有损坏的情况，部分承重结构需要从新规划，在重新给建筑做结构加固后留下了较多的承重柱子。因此，我们以不规则几何体和留白作为设计思路，利用大面积的不规则几何形状对建筑结构进行覆盖，同时对不规则墙面结构作延伸，把室外的园林部分延伸至室内。留白则是希望在它与杂乱的周边环境形成鲜明的对比。 外立面大量采用落地玻璃作为室内外的分隔，使室内外形成相互交融的感觉。利用钢结构取代原建筑的承重墙体加大了空间的采光面积，更好地把室外光线引进室内。室内大量的白墙及镜面使整个空间更显通透和明亮。 室内的用餐区域分为白空间和灰空间，白空间则是园林景观座位，灰空间分别利用灰色墙身、不锈钢饰面以及木饰面分割出来的吧台座位及操作台区域。为凸显灰空间与白空间的区分，我们在吊顶上利用了一个长且窄的灯盒使其有前后之区分，吧台上的深凹不锈钢吊顶在视觉上形成了空间的过度。 Design Concept The case is a creative cake shop in the old buildings of the old town streets. We hope that the store will stand out in the relatively messy shops of old-fashioned streets and present in a new look in many similar industries on the market. Due to the damage of part of the load-bearing structure of the building, some of the load-bearing structures need to be re-planned, leaving more load-bearing pillars after re-structuring the building. Therefore, we use irregular geometry and blank as a design idea, using large areas of irregular geometry to cover the building structure, while extending the irregular wall structure, extending the outdoor garden part to the interior. The white space is intended to be in stark contrast to its messy surroundings. A large number of fa?ades use floor-to-ceiling glass as the separation between the interior and exterior, creating a feeling of mutual integration between the interior and exterior. The use of steel structure to replace the load-bearing wall of the original building increases the lighting area of the space, and better introduces outdoor light into the room. A large number of white walls and mirrors in the room make the space more transparent and bright. The indoor dining area is divided into white space and gray space, and the white space is the garden seat. The gray space is divided into the bar seat and the console area by the gray wall, the stainless steel finish and the wooden veneer. In order to highlight the distinction between gray space and white space, we used a long and narrow light box on the ceiling to distinguish it from front to back. The deep concave stainless steel ceiling on the bar table visually formed an excessive space.
