本项目位于上海市闵行区虹莘路3999号万象城办公楼V4栋，我们希望为中国最知名的彩妆品牌打造一座现代的并充满热情的玛丽黛佳之城。 项目建筑面积为6600平方米，分4层。一层以接待展示与会客空间为主；二层功能以实验研究与开发功能空间为主；三层以运营管理与培训空间为主；四层以高管，品牌与策略中心空间为主。 基于定位，并呼应玛丽黛佳城邦的主题，设计挑选了一座城市的4个重要元素分别作为每一层的设计主题，分别为一层体现企业形象的城市火车站主题；二层营造学术氛围的城市图书馆主题；三层促进互动与交流的城市广场主题；以及四层最具活力与核心的城市市集。 经过2年半的设计与施工，玛丽黛佳之城已于2018年10月正式投入使用。 The project is located at the office building V4 of The mixc, NO.3999 Hongxin Road at Minhang district in Shanghai. The design aims to create a modern and passionate ‘city’ for MARIE DALGAR which is the most famous cosmetics brand in China. The total area of the project is 6600 sqms which has 4 floors. The first floor is mainly focus on the function of reception and displaying. And then, the second floor is used for the function of research and development. After that, the function of operation management and training are planned on the third floor. Finally, executive and branding strategy centre are located on the fourth floor. As a result, 4 city elements were selected for the 4 floors based on the theme of the ‘city’ of MARIE DALGAR, including the city train station theme for the first floor to reflect the company image, the city library theme for the second floor to create an academic atmosphere, the city square theme for the third floor to promote communication with interactivity, and the city market for the fourth floor to become the a real active central of the city. After two and half years design and construction, MARIE DALGAR headquarter office was opened in October in 2018.
