    “真正的诗意人居,是遵从内心的期许。”地产销售中心的迭代与创新,与时代语境密不可分。在倡导回归人居生活本质的背景下,当下地产行业走向更理性的发展方向。调研并完善用户多维使用场景与服务,将前期销售与后续的社区化运营有效结合,避免拆改带来的浪费,是开发商与设计机构在共同探讨的课题。尚石设计将“以人为本”作为做产品研发的前置理念,深挖用户需求并通过设计去打通闭环。 旭辉地产与尚石设计共同研发的新一代销售中心,沈阳旭辉·東宸府项目销售中心是一栋独立的永久性建筑,在承担前期销售功能的同时,后续将承载商业化、社区化服务,以书店丰富精神世界,让人们诗意地栖居在这片大地上。 从时间轴线与功能逻辑的思考,建筑室内一体化的设计语言和符合当地居民真实需求的潜在情感,到一个以楼盘销售和多功能复合型书店为业态的场景呈现,旭辉地产与尚石设计关照了当下与未来,在城市社区里与居民漫游“书之谷”。从书与阅读中提取灵感,将书页的线条与折角等意会成为建筑与室内设计的语言元素。独特的建筑外观犹如书的一角被折下,室内墙面亦做了折面处理,呼应建筑造型。在深长幽静的峡谷里探寻属于自己的精神世界,寻一处安全感和舒适感兼具的沙发,一杯咖啡,一本书,在一个卸下防备的空间场景,享受心灵片刻的宁静。 “An authentic poetic dwelling allows one to following his/her genuine wishes.” The upgrading and innovation happen in the real estate sales center is closely related to the change of times. By undertaking thorough study and keep improving multi-dimensional using experiences and services, early stage sales get to organically combined with following community operation, so as to avoid the waste of demolish and renovation. This has become the common goal that both the developer and design consultants try to achieve. Suns design adapted “Human-oriented” product as the premises of the research and development of this project, trying to build up a closed loop with design by digging up into the users’ needs. This project is built as a permanent independent architecture. It services the selling function at the real estate’s early stage and will shoulder the commercial and community functions. With the book store inside, it helps to richen the internal world of residents, so that they can live a poetic way of life. From thinking from the chronological and functional perspective, to matching the design language that combines the architecture and the interior with true emotional demands of local residents, and further to the integration of property sales center and books store, CIFI and Suns Design have the whole design not only services the current needs, but also catering the future demands, successfully creating a city center “Book Valley” for residents to wandering around. In the future, here will become a cultural living room for the community and even the whole city… the narrow and high entry foyer resembles a mysterious valley that tickles people’s curiosity and the willing to discover.

  • 茶院/ Tea Garden
    项目位于草厂北巷,毗邻钟鼓楼。改造前,这里是一家即将被弃用的胡同民宿,拥有7间客房,每个房间风格各异,庭院略显嘈杂。在改造预算十分有限的条件下,建筑师提出”微介入”的策略,尝试用较小动作,较低成本的建造,实现四合院的更新。 改造中,只拆除较为破败狭小的东屋、南北房的两道隔断墙及卫生间。置入三个方盒子,一个加于院中,作为茶室;另两个融入南北两房,作为开放办公室与多功能室。其余三个房间,厨房及两个客房基本保留原有格局:一个客房改为小茶室兼会客室,另一个客房作为员工休息室而整体保留。 茶室设计的思路源于对场地中“时间”的思考。建筑师有意在这里连接杏树、茶室与太阳,探讨“时间”在这个场地中所带来的变化。树与茶室相距6米,树冠半径正好在5-6米之间,树高13米。太阳一天的移动使院中的树影随之而变:午后树影开始进入茶室圆窗,并在茶桌上产生粼粼波光,暗调的茶室也由于光线的进入而产生特别的仪式感,在光影游走中,于3-4点之间达到高潮。 圆形窗的设置,是对茶室空间虚与实的思考,即充当一个光线的收纳器,也是对视线的引导,在透与不透之间,增加院子的空间层次。由外而内,茶室是院中对景;由内而外,茶室是沟通人与自然的媒介。 新建茶室使用了钢结构,结构构件外露,强调空间中的线条关系,与原建筑的木结构相呼应。双层茶空间不仅加深了与杏树的对话,创造了不同的喝茶体验,还可在露台上远眺钟鼓楼,在空间上与城市产生连接。 The project is located at Caochang North Lane, adjacent to the Bell and Drum Tower. Before the renovation, it was a Hutong homestay about to be abandoned, with 7 rooms of different styles and a slightly busy courtyard. With a very limited renovation budget, the architects proposed a strategy of “micro-intervention”, trying to realize the renewal of the quadrangle courtyard with a smaller action and a lower cost. During the process of renovation, only small portion of the house were demolished: the dilapidated narrow east room, the two partition walls of the south and north room and the toilet. Three boxes were added. One was added in the courtyard as a tea room and the other two were integrated into the north and south rooms as an open office and a multi-function room. The rest three rooms, one kitchen and two guest rooms were basically kept in the original layout with one guest room converted into a small tea room and meeting room and the other retained as a staff lounge. The idea of the tea house comes from the contemplation on “time” on the site. The architect intends to connect the apricot tree, the tea house, and the sun to explore the changes brought by "time" to this site. The distance between the tree and the tea house is 6 meters. The crown radius of the tree is 5 to 6 meters and the tree is 13-meter high. The movement of the sun throughout a day projects the shadows of tree in the courtyard, which comes through the round window of the tea house in the afternoon, reflecting sparkling lights on the table. A sense of serenity is emerges in the room as the light enters, which reaches a climax in the lights and shadows around 3 to 4 in the afternoon. The circular window is out of the consideration of the void and solid space of the tea house, which acts as a receiver of light, and guides the sight at the same time so that it increases the spatial level of the yard. While looking from the outside to the inside, the tea house is the opposite scenery of the courtyard; from the inside to the outside, the tea house is the medium of communication between man and nature. The steel structure is used for the new tea house. With the structural members exposed, it emphasizes the relationship of the lines in the space and echoes the wooden structure of the original building. The terrace railing is reduced in height to allow the tea drinkers to get themselves hidden inside the gables and involved in the environment. The double-layer space of the tea house not only deepens the communication between man and the apricot tree so as to create different experience about tea drinking, but also connects with the city by overlooking the Bell and Drum tower from the terrace. The courtyard is built of black bricks and arranged along the east-west direction. According to the visual and information processing ability of 0-2-year-old babies, the decoration of the background and environment has been simplified, and the brightness and saturation of the colors are softened and adjusted to meet babies’ needs for information gathering. Its colors are soft and simple with no use of gradient colors to ensure babies’ visual comfort and protect their eyesight. The volume below is buried into the ground and it adopted a materiality that allows understanding it as a mimetic basement with the ground.     整个建筑与室内场景应节目组要求需同时具备潮流零售、艺术品布展、咖啡休闲和导播工作区四个主要的功能,室内场景与道具要有相当的灵活性,满足拍摄过程中艺术布展的要求以及与国际顶级艺术家跨界合作的空间兼容度。在此基础上,室内外空间需要满足前期节目直播拍摄与后期实际经营的无缝转换与衔接。现有的古建空间远不能满足这些功能需求,需要我们在红线范围内的限制下重新梳理空间逻辑,附加新生空间与原始空间一起为潮流发生地的存在创造可能性。 此次整个设计的概念为“Flow”,两个轻盈的白色空间体块代表潮流和生活,在这片传统之地交汇,作为生活复苏,潮流重生的最好回应。同时白色屋顶的上扬态势是对传统建筑飞檐的现代诠释,保证场所精神的连贯性。针对木结构古建,我们对它进行了最大化的结构保留,仅仅对必要外立面进行了重塑。 According to the requirements of the program group, the building and indoor scene should be equipped with four main functions, which are fashion retailing, art exhibition, café region and guiding work area. On this basis, indoor and outdoor space needs to meet the seamless transition and connection between the live shooting of the early stage program and the actual operation in the later stage. The existing ancient building space is far from meeting these functional requirements, therefore we need to reorganize the spatial logic within the limits of the red line, and seamlessly combining the new space and original space together to create possibilities in the ‘Fourtry space’. The concept of the whole design is “Flow”. Two white color light weight blocks represent the trend and life. They meet in this traditional place as the best response to the revival of life and the rebirth of trend. At the same time, the bullish gradient of the white roof is a modern interpretation of the cornice of traditional architecture, ensuring the continuity of the spirit and terroir of the place.?About the wooden structure of ancient buildings, we maximize the structure, and only reshape the necessary facade.

    建发·养云地处鹭岛核心,外坐于都市,内隐于山水,营建东方山水禅园胜景。养云轩位居山脚,面湖隔廊,山上松烟石瘴汇成山岚,顺着山势灌入轩中;而水中的雾气,在晨曦暮霭中生成,向岸边涌送。漫思提取养云轩的诗意蓝本,意在室内构建山水以“养云”,通过建构,塑造出内部的骨架,纵向的体块、横向的起伏,是以为“山”;经由动线的交互,引水景互为穿插,形成悠远的意境,是以为“水”。 The project is located in the core of Ludao Island. The design adopts oriental elements to build a scenic view of the Oriental Landscape Zen Garden. The project is located at the foot of the mountain, facing the beautiful lake, where the souls of the mountain and water meet and merge in the flowing clouds. After deliberation, the poetic blueprint of Yangyun is extracted, and the internal skeleton is shaped through construction. The vertical volume and the horizontal undulation are regarded as "mountains"; through the interaction of moving lines, the water diversion scenery is interspersed with each other to form a long-distance artistic conception.
