原舍·揽树置身松阳的山野之中。进入民宿的路是旧时的茶马古道，如今依然草木芳菲，路口有棵数百年的苍天古树，树下是一座传闻十分灵验的小庙，路的两边是农田和茶园，松阳盛产草药，沿途随处可见，周围青山苍苍，竹林掩映，山风一吹，路途的疲惫便消散在山野之中了。露天的恒温游泳池正对着青山。原舍·揽树所在的榔树村位于海拔 800 多米的高山处，周围青山连绵，常年云雾缭绕，一眼可以望见远处的村庄与田野。在夯土墙、垒石、原木点缀下，民宿外观古朴大方。他们包下整个村子，让整个民宿能够完美地与自然融为一体，建筑依着山势一层层错落分布，松阳传统建筑的

夯土墙、垒石、小青瓦亦被运用得恰到好处，村子里珍稀的百年古树群也被纳入建筑布局，房屋围绕着古树展开，仿佛将古树揽入怀中，这也是“原舍·揽树”名字的来源。如果从远处看，民宿像是被山川怀抱的理想村落，隐于山中。民宿虽然隐在山野之中，却不乏江南灵秀的意蕴。民宿规划了 17 间客房，客房的风格恰到好处地呼应了松阳当地的耕读文化。
